On October 14, prof. Du Leqi of the School of Law held an open class on the theme of "Typification of Consumer Statutory Concepts" in Classroom 506 of Sanshan Building. Mr. Du Leqi has won the school-level excellence award, the first prize at the college level, and the second prize in the college micro-course competition.
At the beginning of the course, Mr. Du Leqi took the "Wang Hai phenomenon" as the starting point to lead the question of whether "those who know fake and buy fakes" belong to "consumers", and guided the students to think and discuss first. Subsequently, he comprehensively presented the domestic and foreign controversies on this issue from four perspectives: academic controversy, judicial attitude changes, legislative responses, and comparative law observations. In each link, Mr. Du Leqi cited rich literature, such as guiding cases, scholars' views, and extraterritorial cases, to provide diverse information for students' extended thinking. After detailed analysis, Mr. Du Leqi suggested that students read the classic works on legal interpretation in depth, fully master the methods of legal interpretation, objectively treat the role of various literature materials in discussion and research, and master the standardized legal study methods.
Some teachers from the School of Law and other departments attended the open class, and Mr. Du Leqi also had in-depth exchanges with the observing teachers on the problems existing in the class. This open class not only fully demonstrated Mr. Du Leqi's solid teaching skills and friendly and natural teaching style, but also provided valuable experience reference for the School of Law to promote teaching reform and improve classroom quality.
