On October 10, the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education announced the typical results of the 2025 theme cases, and the case "Chinese Enterprises Responding to the 'Jurisdiction' Defense of U.S. Antitrust Litigation - Taking the 'Magnesite Product Antitrust Case' as an Example" completed by the team of Professor Du Leqi as the chief expert was successfully selected.

In order to ensure the fairness and scientificity of the selection of typical achievements of theme cases in 2025, the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education has established a strict evaluation process, and after a three-level review of "peer expert communication review", "case expert committee recommendation and evaluation", and "case expert committee director office approval", 20 theme cases were finally selected as typical results from the 655 theme case project completion results approved in 2023.

Our college has always attached great importance to the construction of teaching case database. As of 2025, a total of 6 theme cases have been selected into the theme case database of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education. The selection of typical achievements of theme cases demonstrates the effectiveness of our institute's organized construction of LLM case resources. In the future, our college will continue to take a variety of measures to encourage and help teachers actively apply for various case projects at all levels and consolidate the teaching resources of LLM students.
