From the perspective of "teaching", Associate Professor Wei Xiaoqiang shared with the students and teachers his ideas, approaches, methods and future plans for the cultivation of law specialists by introducing the production and motivation, structure and operation, results and efficacy of the platform of "Law Workshop" founded by him, . The Law Workshop is a platform for the cultivation of law specialists. Among them, the Law Workshop started as a tutor's duty to solve the problem of students' weak professional literacy skills, and after several years of exploration, it has formed a stable operation mechanism, with obvious results in the output of students' literacy results, the improvement of literacy skills and the accumulation of tutors' cultivation experience, etc. In the future, the Law Workshop will learn from the advanced and explore the resources, and will be able to provide the students with the most effective training. In the future, the quality of the workshop's products will be further improved through learning from the best and exploring resources, so as to cultivate more and better high-level innovative talents.
In the talk session, Kong Xiangen, as the supervisor of Jiangsu University's graduate students' off-campus practice, expressed his thoughts and experiences from the perspective of "use". Kong believes that reading and writing is an important means to improve the basic ability of law students, and the cultivation mode of Law Workshop captures this cultivation focus and strengthens the reading and writing ability of law students. He emphasized that the seriousness of legal practice and the responsibility of the legal profession determine that law students should be strict with themselves, learn from the little things, and work hard to build up their professional skills in order to adapt to the future work needs.
From the perspective of "management", Vice Dean Niu Yubing considered the Law Workshop as a "self-organized innovation" at the edge of the management of law talent cultivation, which was stimulated by the real problems, the initial motivation of the teachers, and the tenacity of making changes while walking. He pointed out that although the exploration of the Law Workshop model has provided many inspirations for teachers, especially graduate student supervisors, the model still needs to be supported as much as possible by the Law School as a whole central system, so as to promote the innovation and development of peripheral organizations with the stability of the center of the system.
Subsequently, Associate Professor Zhu Fayi, Professor Yu Xiaoqi and other faculty members of the School of Law who were present at the meeting spoke one after another, combining their respective experiences in student training, and while positively evaluating the Law Workshop, they also put forward some opinions and suggestions for its improvement.

He highly affirmed the exploration made by the Law Workshop in the cultivation of legal talents, and said that he would take this forum as a new starting point, and continue to carry out this kind of exchange and seminar activities in the future, so as to push the cultivation of talents in the School of Law to a deeper level.
