In order to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, create a strong cultural atmosphere of rule of law, build the culture of campus rule of law, promote the rule of law education, and improve the rule of law literacy of teachers and students, the seminar of Jingkou District People's Court was held in the Law School of Jiangsu University on the afternoon of May 16. At the meeting, Li Bingshuo extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Jingkou District People's Court of Zhenjiang City. He introduced the history, discipline construction and teaching staff of the college. He pointed out that the circuit trial activity upheld the concept of "such as I am suing", so that teachers and students can feel the trial process closely, and shorten the distance between the judicial trial and the public. He hoped that the two sides could build a resource sharing platform and explore new models and new measures of university-local cooperation through complementary advantages, so as to provide strong support for the further promotion of legal research and judicial practice.
Zhang Chuanjun said that the circuit trial activity selected representative labor dispute arbitration cases under the background of new business forms, fully reflecting the deep integration of law practice departments and universities, legal theory and judicial practice, trial and law popularization. He stressed that in the future, the People's Court of Jingkou District will promote the long-term, normalization and diversification of circuit trial activities, further improve the quality of judges, effectively solve judicial practice disputes, so that the public can truly feel that fairness and justice are around them. He hoped that the two sides would improve the cooperation mechanism, establish an all-weather strategic partnership, and focus on cultivating practical legal talents.
Huang Cheng, Wang Yuzhong and Xue Peng respectively exchanged and discussed on building and strengthening school-local cooperation, promoting the brand of rule of law and running the school administration according to law. Participants said that the circuit trial activities in the form of "case" to let school cadres, students "immersive" experience the trial, "zero distance" feel the majesty of the law, further enhance the concept of the rule of law and legal awareness.

She pointed out that the circuit trial activities will closely combine the trial practice with the publicity of law popularization, realize the good effect of "hearing a case, education", promote the rule of law education into the mind, and strengthen the belief of teachers and students in the rule of law. She hoped that the two sides would continue to promote cooperation, organize regular education and practice of law with rich themes, diverse contents and flexible forms, build a series of brands of "Judges entering campus", expand the depth, breadth and breadth of cooperation, promote the training of high-quality legal talents, and help the construction of high-quality rule of law in the new era.
